In addition to our ready-made selection, we also specialize in custom formulations. You can choose from our existing flavours and nicotine strengths, or collaborate with our mixologists to create a unique profile tailored to your market.
Our typical production lead time is between 4–6 weeks, depending on the order size and complexity of the formulation. Standard orders using our existing flavours and nicotine strengths are usually ready closer to the lower end of this range, while custom formulations may require a bit more time for development and testing. We always keep our partners updated throughout the process to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
We offer full packaging support, including dielines, design consultation, and coordination with label printers. You can either submit your own designs or collaborate with our design partners to develop professional branding from scratch
